Who we are

This website is run by Apartments4All Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06041334), trading as apartments4all. Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. We are the data controller for the information you send us.

What we collect, and why

Only what you choose to send us in an enquiry — typically your name, your email address or phone number, which property you're interested in, any dates, and your message. We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange a viewing or a tenancy. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no advertising or tracking scripts. The enquiry form does not send anything to this website — it opens your own email app so your message goes straight to our inbox.

Who sees it

Your enquiry arrives in our email account and is read by the people who run apartments4all. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing. If your enquiry leads to a tenancy we may need to share details with parties such as a referencing provider or a deposit protection scheme, and we would tell you at the time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are deleted within about 12 months. If you become a tenant, we keep your records for as long as the law requires us to (normally six years after the tenancy ends).

Your rights

  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete it, or to stop using it
  • Object to how we're using it
